These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Testudo, including our desktop application, website, and related services.

By creating an account or using Testudo, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Testudo.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

To use Testudo, you must create an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for the activity that takes place under it. Please keep your login credentials secure and notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

You are responsible for providing accurate account information and keeping it up to date.

Please use Testudo responsibly.

You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious software, or use Testudo in a way that violates applicable laws or the rights of others.

We may suspend or restrict access to accounts that abuse the service or intentionally disrupt the experience for other users.

Testudo helps you interact with multiple AI providers through a unified experience.

AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI responses before relying on them for important decisions.

The opinions, suggestions, and outputs generated by AI models belong to the respective providers and do not necessarily reflect the views of Testudo.

Some features allow you to connect your own AI provider API keys.

If you choose to use BYOK, you are responsible for your provider account, API usage, associated costs, and compliance with the provider's own terms.

Testudo uses your API credentials only to process your requests through the selected provider.

Testudo, including its design, branding, software, and original content, is protected by intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not grant you ownership of Testudo or any of its intellectual property. You may use the service only as permitted by these Terms.

You may stop using Testudo at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access to the service if these Terms are repeatedly or seriously violated, or if doing so is necessary to protect the platform, our users, or the integrity of the service.

Testudo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

While we work to provide a reliable experience, we cannot guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Testudo is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Our goal is to build a reliable product, but you use Testudo at your own discretion and are responsible for how you use AI-generated content.

We may update these Terms from time to time as Testudo evolves.

When changes are significant, we will update the "Last updated" date on this page. Continued use of Testudo after changes become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
